TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By requesting you are completely agreeing to have read and accepted all terms and conditions listed below.01-----GENERAL TERMS------• Prices can be subject to change based on demand.• I hold the right to reserve or decline any request.02------PAYMENT--------• The currency accepted is USD• All payments will be accepted through paypal only.• Commissions can be paid 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.• Don't send me any payment before I agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.• There will be a maximum of 5 days for your payment to be sent to me. If by then it's not been sent, your slot will be cancelled.03----PROCESS AND DELIVERY-----• To request a commission you need to reach out through any of my social media DMs ( @charlierrores for twitter and instagram) where I will either accept or deny your request.(It may take some time for me to go through your request, so I may respond a time after the message has been seen).• I will require you to send me details and references so I have a clear idea of your request. This is going to be done through my social media DMs. Please be VERY specific.• After the sketch has been sent and approved I will not work further on the commission until the payment has been sent.• The time taken to finish your commission will vary, it may take between 1 week - 1 month this duration may be discussed based on the complexity of you request and my availability to work. I will make notice if the time taken will be expanded.• Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image. Note that there is no physical product.04------REVISIONS---------• You get 3 rounds of changes in the commissioned piece included in the price.• A fee will be added if you want something changed in the final drawing, unless a misunderstanding on my side has been made.• If you want to change something in the drawing that's been previously approved, a fee will be charged.• The amount of the fee depends on the change you want me to make, based on an hourly wage (8 USD/hour) this fee will be discussed previous to the change made.• If your reference/request is unclear to start with, changes will come at an extra charge.05-----COPYRIGHT AND USAGE--------I, Charlie, SlashAeipathy/Synthetickk14:• Reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.• Retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.• I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork (your characters are still yours, etc...)• I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.• I reserve the right to post a watermarked version of the illustration unless otherwise requested.You, the customer/commissioner:• May upload the commissioned artwork, with proper credits to me (make sure to tag me).• May NOT profit by any means (reselling, redistributing, making prints for selling, etc...) from the commissioned piece.• May NOT alter the artwork without my (the artist) consent• Retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).• You may NOT use the artwork for commercial purposes.The following is considered copyright infringement:• Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way.• Claiming the artwork as your own.• Altering the artwork without my consent.• In some cases, commercial rights to the image may be purchased.06-----CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY-------• The buyer is not allowed a refund once I started working on the commission.• If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.• If you cancel your order before I started it, you will get a full refund.• If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.• If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.
